About unbound at sunset view farm
Based out of our woodshop at Sunset View Farm in Roxbury, NY, we ideate, design, and create fine handmade woodwork products from kitchen wares to furniture. Each one unique, our charcuterie boards, cutting boards, coffee tables and more serve up function and style. Working in hardwood, we support locally based mills to source locally derived wood. UNBOUND was built ethically and responsibly right here in the Catskill Mountains.
sustainability and the environment
We’re passionate about sustainability and strive to produce and ship our work in an eco friendly manner. One of the things we are doing to achieve this is packaging our shipped items in biodegradable, recycled or recyclable materials.

With every purchase, we’re donating 1 tree. On December 31st, we are matching every donation. That means that you’re not just getting a new board, coasters, or plant stand, but you’re also planting 2 trees and helping the environment!

We are currently accepting payments via Paypal and Credit Card right here on the site. Custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order. Please contact us for more information via contact page.
SHIPPING
We ship to anywhere in the USA (International orders, please inquire via email). Ready-made items will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time on made to order items, special sizes or custom orders. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item shipped. If you would like to pay for Priority shipping, please contact us prior to purchase. Feel free to reach out with timing questions or concerns.
refunds and returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us! If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item and we will address the issue immediately.
CARE: Wood products will change over time and require care and maintenance. When our products are well cared for, they will last for years to come. RETURNS / REFUNDS: We cannot accept returns for custom items. Please carefully check that the dimensions and details of your order are to your satisfaction before purchase. For ready-made items, we offer exchanges or a store credit for returned items within 5 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/postage and the item must be unused, match the description of the item purchased, and returned in the same condition as it was initially delivered. Again, we want you to be happy with your purchase and experience, so please reach out if you have any questions.
DAMAGES: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and we will address the issue right away. Please send along photos for insurance purposes. We will cover return shipping costs for repairs and replacements if applicable.
